تجنباً للترحيل.. مصر تمنح الأجانب مهلة أخيرة لتقنين الإقامة To avoid deportation, Egypt gives foreigners a final deadline to legalize residency
طالبت الحكومة المصرية الأجانب المقيمين على أراضيها بسرعة تقنين أوضاعهم ومنحتهم مهلة حتى 30 يونيو القادم.
وطالبت الحكومة كافة الأجانب المقيمين على أراضيها بضرورة التوجه للإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والجنسية لتقنين أوضاعهم وتجديد إقاماتهم والحصول على كارت الإقامة الذكي لضمان الاستفادة من كافة الخدمات الحكومية المقدمة إليهم.
The Egyptian government called on foreigners residing on its territory to quickly legalize their status and gave them until June 30.
The government called on all foreigners residing in its territory to go to the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality to legalize their status, renew their residency, and obtain a smart residency card to ensure benefit from all government services provided to them.

ودعت الحكومة كذلك الأجانب المعفيين من سداد رسوم الإقامة بالتوجه للإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والجنسية لتسجيل بياناتهم والحصول على بطاقة الإعفاء.
يأتي ذلك تنفيذاً لقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء والمقرر انتهاء العمل به بتاريخ 30/6/2024 حيث سيتم إيقاف التعامل والخدمات المقدمة للأجانب المعفيين من تراخيص الإقامة الذين لم يستخرجوا بطاقات الإعفاء من الإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والجنسية عقب انتهاء المهلة الحالية.
The government also called on foreigners who are exempt from paying residency fees to go to the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality to register their data and obtain an exemption card.
This comes in implementation of the decision of the Prime Minister, which is scheduled to expire on 6/30/2024, where dealings and services provided to foreigners exempt from residence permits who have not obtained exemption cards from the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality will be stopped after the expiry of the current deadline.

وتقرر منح الأجانب مهلة نهائية لاستخراج تلك البطاقات تنتهي بتاريخ 30 سبتمبر 2024 على أن يتم خلالها إيقاف جميع الخدمات المقدمة لحين إحضار بطاقة الإعفاء من الإدارة العامة للجوازات.
وذكرت الحكومة أنه بعد انتهاء المهلة النهائية المنتهية في 30 سبتمبر 2024 سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال الأجانب الذين لم يستخرجوا الإعفاء من الإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة والتعامل معهم باعتبارهم مخالفين لضوابط الإقامة في البلاد.
It was decided to give foreigners a deadline to obtain these cards, ending on September 30, 2024, during which all services provided will be stopped until the exemption card is brought from the General Administration of Passports.
The government stated that after the expiry of the deadline ending on September 30, 2024, legal measures will be taken against foreigners who have not obtained an exemption from the General Administration of Passports and Immigration and will be dealt with as they are in violation of the residency controls in the country.
