 الاجانب المعفين من ترخيص الاقامه في مصرهم : 

Foreigners exempted from residence permit in Egypt:

1. مواطنو دولتي السودان(شمال وجنوب)المقيمين بالبلاد قبل التاريخ 1995/7/8م ولازالويتمتعون بالاعفاءحتي تاريخه .
2. مواطنو دولة(اليمن)المقيمين بالبلاد قبل التاريخ 2015/3/26م ولازالويتمتعون بالاعفاء حتي تاريخه .
3. مواطنو دولة (الاردن)المقيمين بالبلاداعتبارأمن 1985/12/8م.
4. مواطنو دولة (ليبيا)المقيمين بالبلاد قبل تاريخ 2011/7/7م ولازالو يتمتعون بالاعفاء حتي تاريخه.

1. Citizens of the two countries of Sudan (North and South) residing in the country before 7/8/1995 and still enjoy the exemption until now.
2. Citizens of the State of (Yemen) residing in the country before 3/26/2015 and still enjoy the exemption until now.
3. Citizens of the State of (Jordan) residing in the country since 12/8/1985.
4. Citizens of the State of (Libya) residing in the country before 7/7/2011 and still enjoy the exemption until now.

....وليس الفئات المعفاة من الغرامة فوق سن ال(60)وتحت (16)عامأ....

....And the categories exempted from the fine are not over the age of (60) and under (16) years....
