تعمل الحكومه المصريه  علي جذب المستثمرين لدعم الاقتصاد وزيادة النشاط الاستثماري في مصر، حيث يمنح المستثمرين العديد من الحوافز وتظهر مثل تلك الحوافز بوضوح في قيامها بتقديم تسهيلات للأجانب والمستثمرين للتمتع بالإقامة في مصر، ويتم منح الاقامة للمستثمر (للشريك، أو المساهم، أو أعضاء مجاس الإدارة…) من خلال الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة، وتمنح في المرة الأولي لمدة سنة وفي المرة الثانية تجدد لمدة سنة وتجدد بعد ذلك لمدة خمس سنوات، وتمنح الاقامة للأقارب من الدرجة الأولي وذلك بعد ورود الموافقة الأمنية المطلوبة.

2. معيار راس المال للشركه.
3. معيار عددالعماله.
4. معيار الموقع.

من هم المستفيدين من الوزن النسبي لكل شكل قانوني ؟

Who are the beneficiaries of the relative weight of each legal form?

1. (شركات المساهمة): يتم منحها للمساهم، وممثل الشخصية الاعتبارية، وعضو من مجلس الإدارة.
2. (الشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة): يتم منحها للشريك وممثل الشخصية الاعتبارية والمدير.
3. (شركات الأشخاص): يتم منحها للشركاء المتضامنين والمديرين.
4. (شركات الشخص الواحد): يتم منحها لمالك أو مؤسس الشركة فقط.
5. (المنشأة الفردية): يتم منحها لصاحب المنشأة فقط.

1. (Joint stock companies): It is granted to the shareholder, the representative of the legal entity, and a member of the board of directors.
2. (Limited Liability Companies): It is granted to the partner, the representative of the legal entity, and the manager.
3. (Personnel companies): It is granted to general partners and managers.
4. (One-person companies): It is granted to the owner or founder of the company only.
5. (Individual establishment): It is granted to the establishment owner only.

How many residencies are granted by relative weight?

يختلف عدد الاقامات الممنوحة باختلاف النسبة التي تحصل عليها الشركة من الوزن النسبي للمعاير المحددة، وبشكل عام يتم منح إقامة المستثمر في حال حصول الشركة على نسبة 30 % كحد أدنى، ويكون عدد الاقامات الممنوحة لكل شركة من (2) إقامة وتصل الى (8) إقامات كحد أقصي.

The number of residencies granted varies according to the percentage the company obtains of the relative weight of the specified criteria. In general, investor residency is granted if the company obtains a minimum of 30%. The number of residencies granted to each company ranges from (2) residencies to (8) residencies. Maximum.

ما هي مدة الترخيص بالإقامة الاستثمارية للمستثمرين ؟

What is the duration of the investment residency permit for investors?

1. يتم منح الإقامة خلال السنة الأولي لمده عام من تاريخ موافقة الجهات المعنية.
2. يتم تجديد الإقامة لمدة عام بعد إثبات الجدية من خلال لجنة موقف تنفيذي.
3. يتم منح أو تجديد الإقامة لمدة خمس سنوات أو نفس مدة دورة /صلاحية مجلس الإدارة أو مدة عقد سند الحيازة (أيهما أقل) بعد تحديد تاريخ بدء النشاط أو الإنتاج بحسب الأحوال.

1. Residency is granted during the first year for a period of one year from the date of approval by the relevant authorities.
2. The residence permit is renewed for one year after proving seriousness through an executive position committee.
3. The residence permit is granted or renewed for a period of five years or the same duration of the term/power of the Board of Directors or the duration of the tenure deed contract (whichever is less) after determining the start date of activity or production, as the case may be.

ما هي الأوراق المطلوبة للحصول على الإقامة الاستثمارية في مصر ؟

What are the documents required to obtain investment residency in Egypt?

1. طلب على مطبوعات الشركة باسم رئيس قطاع خدمات الاستثمار بمنح إقامة مستثمر طبقاً للنموذج المعد ومختوم بختم الشركة وموقع ممن له حق التوقيع.
2. صورة جواز السفر للمستثمر.
3. مستخرج حديث من السجل التجاري لم يمر على صدوره 3 شهور ومؤشر به بمدة مجلس الإدارة الحالي.
4. استيفاء نموذج الوزن النسبي للشركة أو المنشأة وتقديم المستندات الدالة على كل فئة.
5. المشروعات التي مر على تأسيسها عام والتي لم تبدأ النشاط تتقدم بلجنة معاينة (موقف تنفيذي أو بداية نشاط).
6. المشروعات التي مر على آخر لجنة معاينة لها خمس سنوات تتقدم بلجنة موقف تنفيذي.
7. صورة حديثة للمستند المعتمد الدال على امتلاك الأجنبي لأسهم /حصص بالشركة أو ممثل عن شخصية اعتبارية.
8. في حالة شركات المناطق الحرة، صورة من ترخيص المزاولة الصادر لمشروعات المناطق الحرة والمناطق الاستثمارية.
9. توكيل رسمي من رئيس مجلس الإدارة أو من له حق التوقيع عن الشركة متضمناً إنهاء إجراءات الإقامة أو التعامل مع الجهات الحكومية، أو تفويض من رئيس مجلس الإدارة.
10. إيصال سداد مقابل أداء الخدمة.

1. A request on the company’s publications in the name of the head of the Investment Services Sector to grant investor residency according to the prepared form, stamped with the company’s seal and signed by someone who has the right to sign.
2. A copy of the investor’s passport.
3. A recent extract from the commercial register, less than 3 months old, indicating the term of the current board of directors.
4. Fill out the relative weight form for the company or establishment and submit documents indicating each category.
5. Projects that have been established for a year and have not started activity are submitted to a review committee (executive position or start of activity).
6. Projects for which five years have passed since the last inspection committee were submitted to an executive position committee.
7. A recent copy of the approved document proving that the foreigner owns shares/shares in the company or a representative of a legal person.
8. In the case of free zone companies, a copy of the practice license issued for free zone projects and investment areas.
9. An official power of attorney from the Chairman of the Board of Directors or whoever has the right to sign on behalf of the company, including the completion of residency procedures or dealing with government agencies, or an authorization from the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
10. Payment receipt for performing the service.

What are the cases of cancellation of investment residency in Egypt?

تلغي الإقامة في حالة:

Residency is canceled if:

1. تخارج المستثمر من الشركة.
2. محو قيد الشركة بناءً على التصفية.
3. محو المنشأة من القيد في السجل التجاري.

1. The investor exits the company.
2. Deletion of the company’s registration based on liquidation.
3. Deleting the establishment from registration in the commercial register.

طرق أخرى للحصول على الإقامة الاستثمارية في مصر : 

Other ways to obtain investment residency in Egypt:

1. لمدة خمس سنين قابلة للتجديد لمن يتملك عقارا أو أكثر بجمهورية مصر العربية بمبلغ لا يقل عن مائتي ألف دولار أمريكي.
2. لمدة ثلاث سنين قابلة للتجديد لمن يتملك عقارا أو أكثر بجمهورية مصر العربية بمبلغ لا يقل عن مائة ألف دولار أمريكي.
3. لمدة سنة قابلة للتجديد لمن يتملك عقارا أو أكثر بجمهورية مصر العربية بمبلغ لا يقل عن خمسين ألف دولار أمريكي.
4. لمدة ثلاث سنين بموجب وديعة بنكية بقيمة مائة ألف دولار أمريكي أو ما يعادله بالعملات الأجنبية الأخرى.
5. لمدة سنة بموجب وديعة بنكية بقيمة خمسين ألف دولار أمريكي أو ما يعادله بالعملات الأجنبية الأخرى.

1. For a period of five years, renewable, for anyone who owns one or more properties in the Arab Republic of Egypt for an amount of not less than two hundred thousand US dollars.
2. For a period of three years, renewable for anyone who owns one or more 
3. properties in the Arab Republic of Egypt for an amount of not less than one hundred thousand US dollars.
4. For a period of one year, renewable for anyone who owns one or more properties in the Arab Republic of Egypt for an amount of not less than fifty thousand US dollars.
5. For a period of three years based on a bank deposit of one hundred thousand US dollars or its equivalent in other foreign currencies.
6. For a period of one year, based on a bank deposit of fifty thousand US dollars or its equivalent in other foreign currencies.
