الاوراق المطلوبه للطلاق
Papers required for divorce
*اولا الطلاق الغيابى (الرجعى) :-
فى حالة عدم حضور الزوجة :-
- اصل عقد الزواج او صوره طبق الاصل منه
- بطاقة الزوج المصرى سارية ومدون بها اخر حاله اجتماعية له / جواز سفر الزوج المصرى / جواز سفر الزوج الاجنبى سارى + اقامه سياحيه من مصلحة الجوازات بالعباسية
- 2 شهود
*First, divorce in absentia (revocable):
In the event that the wife is not present:
- The original marriage contract or a true copy thereof
- The Egyptian husband’s card is valid and his latest marital status is recorded / the Egyptian husband’s passport / the foreign husband’s valid passport + a tourist residence permit from the Passport Authority in Abbasiya
- 2 witnesses
*ثانيا الطلاق على الابراء – فى حاله حضور الزوج والزوجه :-
- اصل عقد الزواج او صوره طبق الاصل منه
- بطابقه الزوج (المصرى / المصرية) سارية ومدون بها اخر حاله اجتماعية له او جواز سفر الزوج المصرى
- جواز سفر الزوجه الاجنبية / الزوج الاجنبى سارى + اقامه سياحيه من مصلحة الجوازات بالعباسية
- 2 شهود
*Secondly, divorce upon disavowal - in the case of the presence of the husband and wife: -
- The original marriage contract or a true copy thereof
- A valid (Egyptian/Egyptian) husband’s match and his latest marital status or the Egyptian husband’s passport.
- Valid passport of the foreign wife/foreign husband + tourist residence permit from the Passport Authority in Abbasiya
- 2 witnesses
*ثالثا الطلاق البائن :-
أ) تطليق الزوجة لنفسها بموجب الشرط الثابت لها فى عقد الزواج :-
- اصل عقد الزواج او صوره طبق الاصل منه
- بطاقة الزوجه المصرية سارية ومدون بها اخر حاله اجتماعية له او جواز سفر الزوجة المصرية او جواز سفر للزوجة الاجنبية سارى + اقامة سياحية من الجوازات بالعباسية
- 2 شهود
ب) الطلاق البائن قبل الدخول والخلوة الشرعية :-
*حضور الزوج والزوجة معا
- اصل عقد الزواج او صوره طبق الاصل منه
- بطاقه الزوج (المصرى /المصرية) سارية ومدون بها اخر حاله اجتماعية له او جواز سفر الزوج المصرى سارى
- جواز سفر الزوجه الاجنبية / الزوج الاجنبى سارى + اقامه سياحيه من مصلحة الجوازات بالعباسية
- 2 شهود
*Third, irrevocable divorce:
A) The wife divorces herself according to the condition fixed for her in the marriage contract:-
- The original marriage contract or a true copy thereof
- The Egyptian wife’s valid card with his last marital status recorded, or the Egyptian wife’s passport, or a valid foreign wife’s passport + a tourist residence permit from the passport office in Abbasiya.
- 2 witnesses
B) Irrevocable divorce before consummation and legal seclusion:-
*The presence of the husband and wife together
- The original marriage contract or a true copy thereof
- The husband’s (Egyptian/Egyptian) card is valid and his latest marital status is recorded, or the husband’s Egyptian passport is valid.
- Valid passport of the foreign wife/foreign husband + tourist residence permit from the Passport Authority in Abbasiya
- 2 witnesses
