للاجانب والمصرين
In the case of proxy marriage
اولا :- التوكيل داخل مصر :-
- توكيل رسمى عام امور زوجية
-: First: Power of attorney inside Egypt
General power of attorney for marital matters -
*اولا – صيغة توكيل الزواج :-
فى اتمام اجراءات زواجى من / كتابة الاسم صحيح والاقرار والتوقيع على عقد زواجى امام مكتب زواج الاجانب واستلام قسيمة الزواج .
-:First - the form of the marriage power of attorney
In completing my marriage procedures, I must write the correct name, acknowledge and sign my marriage contract in front of the Foreigners’ Marriage Office, and receive the marriage certificate
*ثانيا – صيغة توكيل التصادق على عقد الزواج ( فى حالة وجود عقد عرفى / عقد كنسى ) :-
فى اتمام اجراءات التصادق على زواجى من / كتابة الاسم صحيح والاقرار والتوقيع على التصادق على زواجى امام مكتب زواج الاجانب واستلام قسيمة الزواج .
- مع ملاحظه التالى ذكره :-
1-يجب ذكر الحاله الاجتماعية للمصرى / المصرية عند عمل التوكيل
*على ( الاجنبى / الاجنبية ) الراغب فى اتمام اجراءات زواجه فى مكتب زواج الاجانب عن طريق وكاله الرجوع الى قانون دولته والاستعلام عما اذا كان يجوز الزواج وفقا لقوانين دولتهم بموجب وكاله تبيح ذلك من عدمه حيث ان جمهورية مصر العربيه تبيح اتمام اجراءات الزواج او التصادق عليه سواء عن طريق الشخص بنفسه او عن طريق وكاله .
2-يجب ذكر الشروط الخاصه بالسفاره الاوكرانيه فى الوكاله وكذا فى العقد العرفى / العقد الكنسى امراد التصادق عليه .
3-فى حاله عمل الزوج الاجنبى توكيل للزواج بمصريه يجب التوجهه الى مصلحة الشهر العقارى الكائنة ب57 شارع رمسيس – القاهرة وذلك لعمل استثناء عدم حضور الزوج .
Second - The form of a power of attorney to ratify the marriage contract (in the event of a customary contract / church contract)
In completing the procedures for certifying my marriage, writing the correct name, acknowledging and signing the certifying of my marriage in front of the Foreigners’ Marriage Office, and receiving the marriage voucher
-:With the following note
1The marital status of the Egyptian man/woman must be mentioned when making the power of attorney
The foreigner who wishes to complete his marriage procedures in the Foreign Marriage Office through an agency must refer to the law of his country and inquire whether it is permissible to marry according to the laws of their country under an agency that permits this or not, as the Arab Republic of Egypt permits the completion of marriage procedures or its approval. Whether by the person himself or through his agency
2The special conditions of the Ukrainian embassy must be mentioned in the agency, as well as in the customary contract / church contract to be ratified
3In the event that the foreign husband works, a power of attorney for marriage in an Egyptian woman must be directed to the Real Estate Registry Authority located at 57 Ramses Street - Cairo, in order to make an exception for the absence of the husband
ثانيا :- التوكيل خارج مصر :-
*نفس الصيغه المشار اليها عاليه مع ختم التوكيل
أ- من السفاره المصرية بالخارج .
ب- ختم التوكيل من احد مكاتب الخارجيه المصريه

The same formula referred to above with the power of attorney stamp
A- From the Egyptian embassy abroad
B- Power of attorney stamp from one of the Egyptian Foreign Offices
