 في حالة الطلاق بالوكالة

اولا – توكيل الطلاق داخل مصر :- 

- توكيل رسمي عام امور زوجيه 

:First - Divorce power of attorney inside Egypt

A general power of attorney for marital matters

أ)صيغه التوكيل بالنسبة للزوج :

*فى انهاء اجراءات طلاق زوجتى / كتابة اسم الزوجة صحيح كما بقسيمه الزواج والاقرار التوقيع على اشهاد الطلاق امام مكتب زواج الأجانب واستلام قسيمه الطلاق  

:A) The form of power of attorney for the husband

*In completing the divorce procedures for my wife/writing the wife’s name correctly as in the marriage certificate and acknowledgment, signing the divorce certificates in front of the foreigners’ marriage office and receiving the divorce certificate

ب)صيغه  التوكيل بالنسبة للزوجة  

*فى انهاء اجراءات طلاقى على الابراء / كتابه اسم الزوج صحيح كما بقسيمه الزواج والاقرار التوقيع على اشهاد الطلاق امام مكتب زواج الأجانب واستلام قسيمه الطلاق  

:B) Power of attorney formula for the wife

*In completing my divorce procedures, I must release/write the husband’s name correctly, as in the marriage certificate and acknowledgment, sign the divorce certificates in front of the foreigners’ marriage office, and receive the divorce certificate

ثانيا – توكيل الطلاق خارج مصر :- 

*نفس الصيغة السابق كرها مع ختم التوكيل 

1-من السفاره المصرية بالخارج  

2-من اى من مكاتب الخارجية المصرية  

:Second - Power of attorney for divorce outside Egypt

*The same wording as before, with a power of attorney stamp

1)From the Egyptian embassy abroad

2)From any of the Egyptian Foreign Affairs offices

 ملاحظات عامة :- 

*فى حاله اذ كان الطلاق قبل الدخول يذكر ذلك فى الوكالة 

*يجب احضار موافقه السفاره على الطلاق اذا كان احد طرفى العقد (كويتى) عدا حاله الكويتى ومصرية او العكس 

*على الاجنبى (الاجنبى / الاجنبية) الراغب فى اتمام اجراءات طلاقه فى مكتب زواج الاجانب عن طريق وكاله الرجوع الى قانون دولته والاستعلام عما اذا كان يجوز الطلاق وزفقا لقوانين دولتهم بموجب وكاله تبيح ذلك من عدمه حيث ان جمهورية مصر العربية تبيح اتمام اجراءات الطلاق سواء عن طريق الشخص بنفسه او عن طريق وكاله

:General Notes 

*In the event that the divorce occurred before consummation, this shall be mentioned in the power of attorney

*The embassy’s approval for the divorce must be presented if one of the parties to the contract is (Kuwaiti), except in the case of a Kuwaiti and an Egyptian, or vice versa

*The foreigner (male/female) who wishes to complete his divorce procedures in the Foreign Marriage Office through his agency must refer to the law of his country and inquire whether divorce is permissible in accordance with the laws of their country under a power of attorney that permits this
