*Tourist accommodation:-
- An apartment contract certified by the real estate registration department of the department
- A photocopy of the passport data and validity page
- The last entry stamp to Egypt and the last residence permit
- Photograph
- Photocopying all papers in the tourist

- اصل القيد الدراسى للعام الدراسى الحالى مختوم من الادارةالتعليمية وزارة التعليم العالى
- عقد شقة موثق بالشهر العقارى خاص بدائرة القسم
- كارنية الجامعة لطلبة الجامعات
- تصوير جواز السفر صفحة البيانات والصلاحية واخر ختم دخول لمصر واخر اقامة
- دفتر العائلة
- صور شخصية
- صورة من دفتر العائلة فى استمارة الام
*Study accommodation:-
- The original academic registration for the current academic year stamped by the Educational Administration and the Ministry of Higher Education
- An apartment contract certified by the real estate registration department of the department
- University card for university students
- A photocopy of the passport, data and validity page, the last entry stamp for Egypt, and the last residence permit
- family Book
- Personal Photos
- A copy of the family book in the mother’s form
*الاقامة بكافلة الزوج المصرى او الزوجة المصرية :-
- بطاقة الرقم القومى للزوج المصرى او الزوجة المصرية
- صورة شخصية للاجنبى
- تصوير جواز سفر الاجنبى صفحة البيانات والصلاحية واخر ختم دخول لمصر واخر اقامة
- عقد زواج رسمى
- قيد عائلى للزوج المصرى
- يجب عمل كشف الجنسية للزوجة الاجنبية فى قسم الجنسية بادارة الجوازات بالعباسية
- تصوير جميع الاوراق نسختين
*Residency under the sponsorship of the Egyptian husband or wife:-
- The national ID card of the Egyptian husband or wife
- A personal photo of a foreigner
- A photocopy of the foreigner’s passport, data and validity page, the last entry stamp to Egypt, and the last residence permit
- Official marriage contract
- Family registration for the Egyptian husband
- A nationality statement must be made for the foreign wife in the Nationality Department of the Passports Administration in Abbasiya
- Photocopy all papers in duplicate

- ايصال او ترخيص للعمل
- صور شخصية
- تصوير جواز السفر صحفة البيانات والصلاحية واخر ختم دخول لمصر واخر اقامة
*Residency for work:-
- A receipt or license to work
- Personal Photos
- A photocopy of the passport, data page, validity, last entry stamp to Egypt, and last residence permit
*الاقامة على الشقة التمليك :-
- عقد تمليك موثق نهائى بالشهر العقارى
- يجب ان لا تقل قيمة الشقة عن مبلغ 100000 دولار محولة من الخارج مع تقدم ايصال التحويل من الخارج عن طريق احدى البنوك المصرية المعتمدة
- اصل خطاب من الضرائب العقارية
- صور شخصية
- تصوير جواز السفر صفحة البيانات والصلاحية واخر ختم دخول لمصر واخر اقامة
*Residence in the owned apartment:-
- A final notarized ownership contract in the real estate registry
- The value of the apartment must not be less than $100,000 transferred from abroad, with the transfer receipt from abroad submitted through one of the approved Egyptian banks.
- Original letter from real estate taxes
- Personal Photos
- A photocopy of the passport, data and validity page, the last entry stamp for Egypt, and the last residence permit

اول تسوية للاطفال الاجانب مواليد مصر :-
- شهادة ميلاد
- تصوير جواز السفر صفحة البيانات
- صورة شخصية للطفل
- عقد شقة موثق بالشهر العقارى لاثبات السكن بدائرة القسم
- عمل كشف جنسية للاطفال فى قسم الجنسية بادارة الجوازات بالعباسية
Transferring arrival and residence data:-
- A photocopy of the old and new passport, the data page, the validity page, the last entry stamp for Egypt, and the last residence permit
The first settlement for foreign children born in Egypt:-
- birth certificate
- Photocopy of the passport data page
- A personal photo of the child
- An apartment contract certified by the real estate registry to prove housing in the department’s office
- Conducting a nationality check for children in the Nationality Department of the Passports Department in Abbasiya
