– تتمثل الخطوة الهامة فى توثيق زواج الاجانب فى مصر فى أستخراج شهادة عدم الممانعة من سفارة الأجنبى فى مصر فيجب على الزوج أو الزوجة الأجنبية قبل المجىء إلى مصر لإتمام إجراءات الزواج الاستعلام من خلال وزارة خارجيتة فى بلدة عن الورق المطلوب أستخراجة من بلدة للمجىء بة الى مصر لأستخراج شهادة عدم الممانعة ويجب أن تتضمن تلك الشهادة بعض البيانات وهى الجنسية – الديانة ويجب أن تكون من الاديان السماوية  – السن – الحالة الاجتماعية وفى حالة وجود حكم بالطلاق يجب أن يكون ذلك الحكم نهائى ويوجد الحكم المذكور فية نهائية الحكم .

The important step in documenting the marriage of foreigners in Egypt is to obtain a no-objection certificate from the foreigner’s embassy in Egypt. Before coming to Egypt to complete the marriage procedures, the foreign husband or wife must inquire through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in his country about the paper required to be extracted from the country in order to bring him to Egypt. To extract a no-objection certificate, this certificate must include some data, namely nationality - religion, which must be one of the divine religions - age - marital status. In the event of a divorce ruling, that ruling must be final, and the ruling mentioned in it must contain the finality of the ruling.

– فى حالة أن ديانة الزوجة المصرية مسلمة والزوج الاجنبى مسيحى أو يهودى يجب أن يقوم الزوج بشهر إسلامة فى مشيخة الازهر لان القانون والشريعة تمنع زواج المسلمة من مسيحى أو يهودى أما لو أن الزوج المصرى هو المسلم والزوجة مسيحية أو يهودية فلا يوجد أى مشكلة لان الشريعة والقانون تجيز زواج الرجل المسلم من أهل الكتاب .

 يوجد بعض البلاد لا يذكر فى شهادة عدم الممانعة ديانتهم تطبيقا لمبداء حرية أعتناق ألاديان فيجب علية الذهاب لمشيخة الازهر والحصول على شهادة أشهار أسلام مع شهادة عدم الممانعة .

- In the event that the Egyptian wife’s religion is Muslim and the foreign husband’s religion is Christian or Jewish, the husband must convert to Islam in the sheikhdom of Al-Azhar because the law and Sharia prohibit the marriage of a Muslim woman to a Christian or Jew. However, if the Egyptian husband is Muslim and the wife is Christian or Jewish, then there is no problem because Sharia and law It permits the marriage of a Muslim man to a People of the Book.

 There are some countries whose religion is not mentioned in the no-objection certificate in application of the principle of freedom to convert to religions, so he must go to the sheikh of Al-Azhar and obtain a certificate of declaring Islam with a no-objection certificate.

– فى حالة الذهاب لإشهار الاسلام فى مشيخة الازهر يجب أن يتم بعد أستخراج شهادة عدم الممانعة وترجمتها .

- In the case of going to declare Islam in the Al-Azhar sheikhdom, it must be done after obtaining and translating the no-objection certificate.
